A surprisingly decent meal
On my flight to LHR I got bumped to biz class, where one of the entree choices was salmon. I think that’s the first time I’ve ever seen salmon on a flight, with the exception of smoked salmon which occasionally makes its way into the appetizer course.

“Get Fresh with your food” is the slogan of Thomas Hill Organics, THO, a “market bistro & wine bar” in Paso Robles, CA.
